physical habits that drive success in life. Your only competition is the person you were yesterday.

Our Sessions: Functional & Focused

Saturday – Men’s

  • Time: 7:00am – 8:00am
  • Arrive: 6:50am for warm-up
  • Max participants: 15

Note: Please arrive on time. Late arrivals will incur penalties.

Saturday – Women’s

  • Time: 8:30am – 9:30am
  • Arrive: 8:20am for warm-up
  • Max participants: 15

Sunday – Mixed

  • Time: 8:00am – 9:00am
  • Arrive: 7:50am for warm-up
  • Max participants: 15
