Our Sessions: Functional & Focused
Saturday – Men’s
- Time: 7:00am – 8:00am
- Arrive: 6:50am for warm-up
- Max participants: 15
Note: Please arrive on time. Late arrivals will incur penalties.
Saturday – Women’s
- Time: 8:30am – 9:30am
- Arrive: 8:20am for warm-up
- Max participants: 15

Sunday – Mixed
- Time: 8:00am – 9:00am
- Arrive: 7:50am for warm-up
